Our Employees

Our employee conduct is guided by our culture and outlined in WE-AR4’s Employee Handbook. The Employee Handbook establishes our policies around harassment, discrimination, anti-retaliation, reasonable accommodation, and the complaint process. The complaint process allows for individuals to report anonymously through our whistleblower hotline. Our DEIB approach is essential to our business, people and culture to provide everyone with the opportunity to thrive and a community where all people belong.

Our Suppliers

WE-AR4 is committed to delivering its mission of creating planet-responsible products within socially fair and responsible working conditions. This extends to all workers employed along WE-AR4’s value chain. We acknowledge the complexity around globalized supply chains, particularly when products and materials are sourced from third-party companies. We understand our responsibility to ensure our suppliers endorse and implement standards to safeguard the human capital involved in the production of our products.

Through our Supplier Code of Conduct Program, we require our suppliers and their suppliers to adhere to both local laws of the countries in which they operate as well as the International Labor Organization (ILO) Conventions and the Ethical Trade Initiative (ETI) Base Code. This helps to ensure that workers are treated with dignity, fairness, and an elevated regards for their health and safety.
