Where do you ship?
WE-AR4 ships within the United States and with the support of our cross-border partner Global-e, to almost all corners of the world.
How much does shipping cost?
We offer only FREE CARBON NEUTRAL SHIPPING which should arrive within 3 to 5 days business days, not including holidays and weekends.
How soon will my order ship?
Our processing time is within 48 hours, excluding weekends and national holidays. We’ll send you an email when your package is on its way.
How can I track my shipment?
Once we ship your package, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number.
What’s your return/exchange policy?
We offer returns within 30 days for a full refund to your original form of payment. You can read more here.
Is your packaging sustainable?
Our packaging is intentionally minimal and practical. It’s not meant to be luxurious but simply a way to protect your purchase as it travels to you. Our poly bags are biodegradable. All paper materials within the package are made from recycled materials and printed with soy ink.

What are excess materials?
Excess materials are textiles and leathers that are left unused each season. They’re mostly an inevitable byproduct of the fashion supply chain.
WHY ARE YOU USING EXCESS?
As the climate crisis worsens, the fashion industry is finding ways to operate more sustainably. We see an opportunity to have an immediate positive impact. Using materials that already exist is a simple and direct way to be more sustainable.
IS THIS UPCYCLING?
Yes. We are taking luxury materials that would otherwise be left unused and giving it a new life.
WHERE DO YOU GET YOUR EXCESS MATERIAL?
We’re working with many different suppliers. We’re excited to have Italian mill Limonta as an active partner in this effort. Because of our long-standing relationships, we have direct access to high-quality excess.
Do you use excess for everything you make?
Almost. About 95% of our collection is made with excess. For the remainder, we prioritize low-impact materials. You can read more about our material hierarchy here.
Where do you make your products?
Our garments are produced locally in New York or Italy, our knitwear primarily in China, and our accessories in Indonesia or Italy.
HOW EXACTLY DOES USING EXCESS MAKE YOUR PRODUCTS PLANET-RESPONSIBLE?
It’s all in the numbers. The process of creating materials—both textiles and leather—can drive up to 70% of a product’s greenhouse gas emissions (GHGs). That’s not a typo. By using available excess materials, we dramatically reduce the environmental impact of our products, compared to a handbag or garment made in the traditional way.
Are your products unisex?
Our products are made for all genders.
Do you plan to offer extended sizes?
As our business grows, we will add sizes. Most of our ready-to-wear is designed for an oversize, relaxed fit.
